Accenting the center diamond are sapphire and diamond stones in an intricate pattern with engraved detailing. The total additional diamond weight is approximately 0.2 carats. This ring was handcrafted in platinum, circa 1925. The measurements of the center diamond are 7.84mm x 8.01mm x 5.13mm. This ring is currently sized at 6.25 and can be resized at no extra cost.
